This is an excellent job and I am delighted!The book consists of impressing amount of information in 59 chapters. Pricy, but useful details. Ranging from meditation to finding your inner sounds, this book does a good job at helping you find the strenght that is within you. Live a postivie life full of joy and energy or live one of negativity full of curses and struggles. It opens your eyes to how much we can achieve if we tap into our Inner Power and how easy it is to do. You can practice as far as you like and when you are ready again pick the book up and carry on. Very easy to read and extremely informative. Have never seen all the methods detailed in one book. This book does that which stops a lot of confusion.
