This book could be useful to someone who is already familiar with the vehicle and doing auto maintenance and repair. For someone not familiar with the vehicle and not a mechanic, it is not adequate. The pictures are small and in black and white. Some of them would be much more useful if they were in color, especially ones dealing with wiring.I had hoped for more specific information for the stereo system harness and wiring with some pictures, but at least it has a wiring diagram.
This is the first Haynes manual book I’ve owned. I the book is helpful with working on my frontier but I can honestly say I was expecting more from this book. Another small thing I wanted to complain about is that I feel like the book should be updated to include the newer vehicles 2014+ on the frontiers since the vehicle is still relatively the same.
Good reference for basic to intermediate vehicle repairs. Bolt torque specifications are invaluable to have on hand although I'd have liked some more detail on the fastener sized encountered at the various steps. At this point its a little more consolidated than forums or YT, which is handy in the garage.Referenced for: Front/rear driveshaft u-bolt replacement, front/rear shocks.
A needed this book to do my own repairs on my vehicle. It's not exclusive to my vehicle but close enough until I find one that is.
